Short review for short story.

Earth has been destroyed, and there are only a handful of survivors out in space. The protagonist is Japanese, one of the only members of his nation to survive. He must do his best to preserve his culture despite the destruction of Earth, teaching the next generation what it means to be Japanese.

This is probably going to be the best short story I read this year. Just go read it people, it’s well worth the time. Bring some tissues.
