- Rode bike
- Started reading ‘The Great Transformation’ by Karen Armstrong
- Reread.
- It’s a decent nonfiction-ish book about the origins of earth’s religions
- It’s best described as edu-tainment. It’s not a hard nonfiction book which a person can use as a resource to write a journal article, but for a member of the public who wants to know more about religion it’s a fun read.
Wednesday
- New schedule has me not exercising on Wednesdays. Was nice taking a day off.
Thursday
- Bench day 2
- Finishing up Full Fathom Five. Nearly done.
Friday
- Deadlift day
- New Max of 290lbs
Saturday
- New scheule has me not exercising on Saturday. Was nice taking a day off (again).

Here are my theoretical 1RMs from last week:

- Squats: 249lbs
- Deads: 299lbs
- Overheads: 145lbs

I am enjoying exercising less. I feel like I am gradually recovering, even though my hands still hurt like hell.
Here are my theoretical all-time max 1RM from last year:
- Bench Press: 260 lbs (118kg)
- Squat: 316lbs (143kg)
- Deadlift: 366lbs (165 kg)
- Overhead Press: 171lbs (78kg)
I have a while to go before I get back my lost gains.
