Here’s a short review for this graphic novel.
This was surprisingly good. Graphic novel 7 in this series, this one stands on it’s own. This story is about Peter’s mentor Nightingale back in the 1950’s, when he’s investigating a series of murders with an old pal from WWII.
I liked it because of it’s self-contained nature, dramatically ironic ending and holistically pleasing narrative. I’d say that if you want to start reading any Rivers of London book or graphic novel, you can start here to get a good sense of what the series’ flavor is like.
