I wrote 50421 words total this month. I was not able to finish my book in the time allotted, but I was able to write the first 2/3 of the book as well as write a basic outline for the remainder. So, success! I hit the min wordcount! The working title for this book is ‘A Stagecoach to Oblivion.’
I’m not going to finish writing this book any time soon. Right now I’m out of creativity juice after writing ‘An Arrival upon Arcadia’ in August and September, ‘Bovespo Ecodome PD‘ in October and ‘A Stagecoach to Oblivion’ in November. My brain (and my hands) need a break.
I liked keeping myself accountable by posting these daily updates on my blog. I think I shall maintain the habit of updating my writing progress in perpetuity, but in a modified form. Once a month I’ll post a writing accountability post and sticky it to the top of my blog. I’ll update that post with what I did writing, editing and publishing-wise daily. I might also add what I did reading/reviewing wise as well.
But I’ll start that another day. I need to take a week or two off.
