Fitness Logs

I like working out. I’m making a fitness log for my present exercise regime.

 

My present workout regime is a 3 day a week, 5/3/1 adaptation + lots of pullups.

  • Week 9
  • Week 8
  • Week 7
  • Week 6
  • Week 5: Third week of August
  • Week 4: 2nd week of August. Deload. Gym closed all week for repairs. No logs.
  • Week 3: End of July, beginning of August 2019
  • Week 2: Third week of July 2019
  • Week 1: The second week of July 2019
  • The Beginning
